On the Rifflsee, which is only a few hiking miles away from our hotel, you can raft at an altitude of 2,232 m! The Rifflsee is the largest lake in the Ötztal Alps and is located near the Kaunergrat in the Pitztal Valley. Typical for the Rifflsee is the green-blue water and the surrounding mountain ridge.
You will float gently and quietly across the lake by raft. Every little splash echoes from the rocks. The 60 m² raft is powered by an electric motor; quiet, environmentally friendly, and—last but not least—sustainable. Getting off and comfortably back on the jetties at the shore is easy. We love it and can recommend this to you with confidence.
