Massages at the Biohotel Stillebach

The target group of our massages is mainly adult guests. However, over time we have become more and more trained and educated in the field of children’s massages and can now offer professional massages even for our youngest guests.

We have arranged a small room with warm colors and high-quality materials specifically designed for relaxation.

A bathroom en suite offers the possibility of changing and preparing in peace. You can choose from a large selection of oils and essences, which are all 100% organic, of course, to boost your well-being.

Our team at the reception will help you with all questions regarding a massage by phone, email, or personally. Simply get in touch if you have any further questions. Back Massage

A classic but very effective back massage. Special hand movements and techniques allow your back muscles to relax. Tense muscles are loosened, and weak muscles are strengthened. It stimulates the blood circulation and supplies every cell in the body with fresh oxygen.

Hay flower foot bath & foot massage. This combination focuses on the feet. Our feet often get the short end of the stick, yet they have to endure, carry, and bear enormous strains. The treatment starts with a warm and fragrant hay flower foot bath. It ends with a relaxing and regenerating foot massage with organic foot cream.

This combination focuses on the face, hands, and feet. Our faces are full of muscles that are constantly in motion all day and night, our hands are always busy and working, and our feet have to carry and bear us all day long. Kids’ Massages

Kids’ Massage (up to 14 years)

The kids’ massage is basically a standard full body or back massage for children only. It uses the same techniques as for adults, but with less intensity. On request, we can use a natural essential oil. It is never too early to start doing something good for your body and yourself. Before we start the massage, a short briefing with the parents in order to target the kid’s needs is mandatory.
