The Pitztal Valley offers three ski areas with guaranteed snow. 90% of the ski trails are situated above 2,000 metres sea level. Modern cable cars bring skiers up to an altitude of 3,440 metres. Families and connoisseurs appreciate the open ski resorts which are far away from mass tourism. Freeriders and ski mountaineers strive to tackle the high peaks and steep couloirs. The ski areas Pitztal Glacier Resort, Rifflsee and Hochzeiger can be reached from your Organic-Hotel in the Pitztal Valley of the Tyrol quite comfortably with the free* ski bus, which will pick you up right in front of the Hotel.

Skiing pleasure at three ski resorts
With daily sunshine above average the Pitztal Valley ski resorts have a big asset. Due to their altitude snow is guaranteed from September to May. Freeriders love the steep couloirs and enjoy the Pitztal Valley as the mecca of freeride skiing. If you also like to glide through untouched powder snow you should book an experienced local ski guide.
