Yoga is an over 2,000-year-old technique that originated in India. The goal of Yoga is to live in harmony with oneself. Yoga is more than just movement or breathing techniques. It is a philosophy of life to live more consciously and healthily.
As an organic hotel in Tyrol, healthy and conscious living is also an important part of our philosophy. We place a special focus on a high-quality yoga offer at the Biohotel, which is aimed at both beginners and advanced “yogis”.
Start the day early in the morning with yoga, by the lake and with a view of the mountains – this image becomes reality with us in Stillebach – start the day with strengthened mind and body. In addition, we have set up our own yoga paradise in the hotel. Thus, yoga is possible with us regardless of the weather and the season.
The brand new “Yoga Stadl” delights all yoga enthusiasts at the Biohotel. With a lot of dedication and motivation, we have realized a long-cherished wish and converted an old barn into a modern, bright yoga room.
The yoga barn conveys a good indoor climate and a feeling of spaciousness. It is equipped with mats, cushions and straps as well as devices for aerial yoga. Our yoga trainer Daniela and her team lead the varied and creative yoga classes with care and enthusiasm.
Yoga fits in perfectly with our Biohotel philosophy. In order to be able to offer our guests an even better yoga program, we employ a team of trained yoga instructors. In addition to our main teacher Daniela, Melanie and Verena offer yoga classes at the Biohotel up to six times a week with different focuses. The yoga program is designed so that there is something for everyone. Immerse yourself in the world of yoga and do something good for yourself on your vacation!
