For us as a Biohotel in Tirol a healthy and conscious lifestyle plays an important role. We offer high-quality Yoga-services in our hotel which fulfill the needs both of beginners and intermediates. Daniela is professional Yoga instructor an part of our team. She offers yoga lessons on a regular basis.
Start the day early in the morning with yoga, by the lake and with a view of the mountains – this image becomes reality with us in Stillebach – start the day with strengthened mind and body. In addition, we have set up our own yoga paradise in the hotel. Thus, yoga is possible with us regardless of the weather and the season.
The brand new Yogastadl (Yoga room) inspires all yoga friends in the Biohotel. With a lot of dedication and motivation we have realized a long-cherished wish and transformed an old barn into a modern, bright yoga room.
The Yogastadl conveys a good room climate and a feeling of spaciousness. It is equipped with mats, cushions and belts up to devices for Aerial Yoga. Our yoga trainer Daniela leads her versatile and creative yoga classes carefully and with a lot of verve.
Yoga fits perfectly with our Biohotel philosophy. In order to be able to offer our guests an even better yoga offer, we have added Daniela, a trained yoga teacher, to the team. Daniela offers yoga classes with different focuses in the hotel. The yoga program is designed so that there is something for everyone. My name is Danilea Brugger and I am a yoga instructor for Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow and currently I am doing an educational course for the Aerial Yoga instructor. Furthemore, I am a certified Tyrolean hiking guide. When I did my first educational course for a yoga instructor in 2016 I got to know different aspects of yoga. Since that time I go deeper and deeper into the world of yoga. I love to teach different styles of yoga, so that my students are able to feel how it works. In the end, you cannot describe yoga, you have to feel it!
The Swiss Pine Relaxation Room at the Biohotel is a place of relaxation and peace. The relaxation room with its large panoramic window and unobstructed view of the mountains is the perfect place to unwind—whether after a long sauna session, a refreshing bath in the Stillebach Lake, or simply to read a book in peace.
