Kneipp Facility

Water treading is the most famous practice of Sebastian Kneipp’s healing method. The Kneipp facility is located within the premises of the Biohotel. The water pools of the Kneipp Facility are filled with ice-cold Stillebach spring water. Water treading stimulates the metabolism, promotes blood circulation, strengthens the veins, boosts the immune system, and has many other positive effects. A Kneipp session in Stillebach is a wonderful and refreshing experience, especially after a sauna visit or a long hike!
