We serve regional and seasonal inspired delicacies in best organic quality in our organic restaurant „Grünzeug“ (means „greens“). We pay special attention at vegetarian and vegan specialties. But we also offer selective meat dishes especially with game straight from the surroundings and meat of our own agriculture.
In our meager high valley we see oursleves engaged to the nature and therefore dishes can also be simple. In the past, farmers only had meat dishes at festive days. We cook traditional dishes from the Pitztal valley like „Riebler“ oder „Krautplattln“ as well as tasty and light fare. Since our childhood we know that guests appreciate that.
Now we meet many guests who are sensitive to certain food. This was a good reason to integrate basic dishes to our cuisine. Thereby we stick to the „Wacker-Method“.
